Add albums

Adding albums

Tap the Add album button:

A menu pops up

Select to scan a barcode.

Point the camera scanner at a barcode on the CD/Vinyl cover.

If a barcode is missing, use Add manually. Here it is also possible to OCR to read the title and Artist.

Working with album data

Tap an album in the list or select Add Manually from

Enter or change information about an album.

or the area right to the album cover:

Here you can change the photo and also use the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to read the album title and artist.
There are also options for searching eBay and Amazon for the album using the album's barcode.

Shelves

An album can belong in up to 3 different shelves.
Before adding albums, select the shelf you want to use, or use the default option, All albums.

In

select settings and Shelf naming. Here it is possible to change the names for existing shelves. Notice shelf #7 - 12 are added to make it possible to have personal shelves, such as Vinyl 1. floor.

Export/Import all albums

It is possible to move all albums between devices using export/import. If the phone is not getting backups very often, the export option can be used to copy the album's data to a macOS computer. The data is stored in a standard zip file.
